Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crude oil tank cleaning system and, more specifically, to a crude oil tank cleaning system which can facilitate the removal of solidified sludge accumulated at the bottom of a crude oil tank by spraying, at high pressure, cleaning water, steam and air into the crude oil tank. In order to solve the technical problem, the present invention provides a crude oil tank cleaning system comprising: a floating roof that can move up/down in the crude oil tank; a distributor for controlling the supply of cleaning water or air for cleaning the crude oil tank; a plurality of roof legs which support the floating roof, and which are connected to the distributor so as to spray the cleaning water; a cleaning water supply line connected to the distributor through a hose connection means so as to supply the cleaning water; a plurality of spray nozzles connected to the distributor so as to spray the cleaning water into the crude oil tank; a sludge discharge means provided in the crude oil tank so as to discharge sludge to the outside; and an oil-water separation tank for purifying contaminated water containing sludge discharged through the sludge discharge means.
