Abstract:
A crisis response control system according to the present invention comprises: an input module for receiving first image data obtained by imaging a user, and second image data obtained by imaging a site; a positioning module for extracting the position of a user and the position of one or more crisis response managers within a preset range from the position of the user; and a control module which matches the user with any one crisis response manager from among the one or more crisis response managers so as to transmit the first and the second image data to the terminal of the crisis response manager, and which provides a dispatch signal so as to allow dispatch to the position of the user.
