Abstract:
Disclosed is a counter-flow indirect dew-point evaporative cooler, comprising a plurality of parallel working channels, adjacent working channels being isolated by partition walls. The interior of each working channel is divided into a dry channel and a wet channel in sequence along the air flow direction. The flow directions of the airflows in adjacent working channels are opposite, therefore the dry channels and wet channels in the adjacent working channels are also inversely arranged, and thus the airflows in the adjacent working channels are counter-flowingly configured. A product air outlet is disposed at the junction between each dry channel and wet channel. Air to be treated enters the wet channels in a straight line from the dry channels to become working air, and the obtained product air is discharged from the product air outlets. In the counter-flow indirect dew-point evaporative cooler designed in the present application, when entering the wet channels from the dry channels to become working air, air flows along a straight line, therefore the direction of the airflow in the same working channel does not change, and the device has the advantages of more even airflow, a smaller drop in pressure, and so on during operation.
