Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of cotton spreading, and in particular to a cotton spreading machine. The cotton spreading machine comprises a rack, a supporting base, a conveying mechanism, a gear motor, a link, and a crank. The conveying mechanism is rotatably connected to the rack by means of a rotating fulcrum. The gear motor is arranged on the supporting base. A first end of the crank is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the gear motor, and a second end of the crank is rotatably connected to a first end of the link. The gear motor is used for driving the conveying mechanism to swing by means of the crank and the link. The conveying mechanism comprises a frame and two belt conveyors fixedly connected to the frame, a gap formed between the two belt conveyors is used for allowing a primary felt to pass through, a first strip-shaped hole is formed in the portion of the frame directly facing the gap, and a second end of the link is mounted in the first strip-shaped hole by means of a connecting shaft. The distance from the rotating fulcrum to the connecting shaft is changed by adjusting the mounting position of the connecting shaft in the first strip-shaped hole, so that the width of a secondary felt formed from the primary felt is adjusted. The present solution can ensure the production of products having different widths.
