Disclosed is a cotton fiber transfer device, comprising a cotton-supporting plate (404), an upper shield plate (402), a saw blade roller (700), a licker-in roller (200), and a saw blade rear cover plate (409). The distance between the saw blade roller (700) and the licker-in roller (200), and the radian of the saw blade rear cover plate (409) covering the saw blade roller (700) are set to obtain the number N of rotation turns required by transfer of cotton fibers; according to a critical diameter formula of a cyclone separator, the rotation speed and diameter of the saw blade roller (700) are set, and the distribution of the thickness B of a generated cotton fiber floating layer is solved; and the lowest linear speed ratio of the licker-in roller (200) to the saw blade roller (700) is set according to the chord length S of an intersection area of the cotton fiber floating layers with different thicknesses B and the licker-in roller (200). According to a cotton fiber impurity removal device, an impurity discharge plate (401), a rear cover plate, an air supplementing opening (410), and the upper shield plate (402) are additionally provided on the basis of the cotton fiber transfer device, and mounting parameters are refined, thereby achieving the purposes of noise reduction and impurity discharge.
