Abstract:
A coordinated control system for a full-vector drive-by-wire chassis, comprising: a main controller (1), a sub-controller (2) connected to the main controller (1), a detection module (3), a suspension module (4), and a driving module (5). The main controller (1) is configured to regulate and control power distribution of a chassis and dynamic coordination of four electric wheels; and the sub-controller (2) can independently control steering and braking of a single electric wheel. According to the coordinated control system for the full-vector drive-by-wire chassis, the main controller can perform processing according to a road condition fed back by the detection module, to generate a road condition model, and acts in concert with the sub controller, the suspension module, and the driving module, to enable hubs of a vehicle to be adjusted in advance to change the height of an air suspension when encountering the corresponding road condition, thereby ensuring that the suspension powerfully supports a vehicle body, reducing the overall control difficulty for the chassis, improving the stability of the chassis, and avoiding a friction or collision between the chassis and a foreign object on the ground.
