Abstract:
In an embodiment, a cooling structure in a rotating electric machine includes a coil winding and a flow tube. The coil winding forms a conductor bundle in which a plurality of conductors are bundled. In the rotating electric machine, a rotor rotates using a rotating magnetic field generated by applying a voltage to a plurality of conductors, or a voltage is induced in a plurality of conductors by the rotating magnetic field generated by the rotation of the rotor. Cooling fluid flows in the flow tube, and the flow tube is disposed on the outer surface of a wire bundle.
