The present utility model relates to a cooling fan having a spraying function. The cooling fan comprises a housing and an air output ring portion arranged above the housing, wherein an accommodating cavity is provided in the housing; an air duct assembly for blowing air and a water tank for supplying water are arranged in the accommodating cavity; an air inlet is provided in the housing; and air sucked by the air duct assembly from the air inlet is blown out through an air outlet of the air output ring portion. The cooling fan further comprises a mist output assembly arranged at the upper end of the air output ring portion, the mist output assembly is in communication with the water tank, water is supplied by the water tank, and liquid water is converted into mist and blown out from a mist outlet of the air output ring portion. The present utility model has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, a mist output box is provided for mist output and the mist output box is in communication with a water box, so that the water tank supplies water to both the mist output assembly and a humidifying assembly, and the cooling efficiency is improved without extra power consumption.
