Abstract:
According to the present invention, the amount of ingredients and dust in the air that adhere to components on a circuit board provided to a cooling fan is reduced. A cooling fan (10) comprises a base plate (40), which comprises an annular outer circumferential base portion (41) and a central base portion (42) positioned inside of the outer circumferential base portion (41). The cooling fan (10) has an electric motor (60) that is positioned below the central base portion (42), a circuit board (70) that is positioned between the electric motor (60) and the central base portion (42) and that is for driving the electric motor (60), and a peripheral wall portion (55) that encloses the outer peripheral edge of the circuit board (70).
