Abstract:
Cooktop equipment comprises a fuel gas burner provided on a panel of the cooktop equipment and cooktop grates having multiple finger-like objects, the finger-like objects are located above the fuel gas burner. The multiple finger-like objects comprise a sensor finger-like object. A temperature sensor is mounted on the sensor finger-like object among the multiple finger-like objects of the cooktop grates. The temperature sensor comprises a first temperature probe and a second temperature probe, the first temperature probe is extended at a first end part of the sensor finger-like object above the top surface of the sensor finger-like object, and, the second temperature probe is arranged within the sensor finger-like object and between the top surface of the sensor finger-like object and the bottom surface of the sensor finger-like object.
