Abstract:
A cooking system 1 comprises: a freezer 10 for storing a food product; a conveying device 20 which is provided adjacent to the freezer 10 to convey the food product discharged from the freezer 10 upward to a first transfer position P1; and a robot arm 50 for receiving the conveyed food product using a cooking basket 31 at the first transfer position P1, submerging the cooking basket 31 in a tank 32 filled with a cooking liquid, pulling the cooking basket up from the tank 32 after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, and discharging the cooked food product from the cooking basket 31 at a second transfer position P2.
