Abstract:
A control method based on a guniting robot. The control method comprises the following steps; S1, a guniting robot performing dust-free feeding of sprayed concrete; S2, automatically compounding the sprayed concrete; S3, the guniting robot performing autonomous obstacle avoidance walking; S4, performing quality management and control on the sprayed concrete; and S5, performing dust control and purification on a lower air side of a spraying operation. By means of the method, the rebound rate is low, there is less dust, the construction quality is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
