Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a control method and apparatus for an extended-range electric vehicle, and a vehicle. The method is applied to a vehicle, which comprises a battery. The method comprises: receiving a trigger instruction for a rest mode, and determining whether a starting condition of the rest mode is met; when it is determined that the starting condition of the rest mode is met, controlling a vehicle to enter the rest mode; and when it is determined, on the basis of a preset time, that the working state of a range extender is an enabled state or the communication state of same is a disconnected state, giving a prompt within a preset prompt time, and exiting the rest mode. The method can ensure that when a range extender is started, a prompt is given and a rest mode is automatically exited, such that the situation that the range extender has been started but the rest mode has not been exited is effectively prevented, and the method ensures that an extended-range power vehicle enters a rest mode without the intervention of a range extender, thereby improving the accuracy of a time point at which the rest mode is exited.
