Abstract:
One of the purposes of the present disclosure is to provide a control device and the like that are capable of providing notification of information concerning a disaster in accordance with a person. A control device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition means for acquiring, when a disaster has occurred, position information of a communication device and attribute information indicating an attribute of a person who owns the communication device; a generation means for generating, in accordance with the position information and the attribute information, notification information that includes information concerning the disaster; and a notification means for transmitting the generated notification information to the communication device and providing notification concerning the disaster to the communication device.
