Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a content sharing method and a related device. When a user shares content in a certain mode (i.e. a source mode) from a content sharer device to a content receiver device, the content sharer device may send the content in the mode to a server, and the server may convert the content in the mode into content in a target mode (i.e. content in a mode that the content receiver device can support); then, the server may send the content in the target mode to the content receiver device; and after receiving the content in the target mode, the content receiver device may support operations of the user on the content in the target mode, such as playing, favorites addition and forwarding. In this way, when a user uses different electronic devices in different scenarios, the user can be supported in sharing content in different modes with a content receiver device, such that seamless content sharing and propagation experience in a full-scenario mode may be constructed, thereby enhancing content sharing and propagation effects, and improving the user experience.
