Abstract:
The present invention provides a content-based variable light control system and method. The content-based variable light control method performed by a processor, comprises the steps of: when content is played back through a display device, obtaining content information for the played back content; when user information is received from a user, generating color pattern information considering the content information and the user information; and controlling a light output device in response to a color variable signal generated by using the color pattern information, wherein the step for controlling the light output device may comprise a step for controlling a lighting color, a lighting speed, and a lighting location by selectively activating and deactivating a variable light of the light output device in response to the color variable signal.
