Abstract:
A contacting system and an input contact relate to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the blades of isolating switches and grounding devices. The results achieved are a reduction in the required contact pressure and an increase in the durability and reliability of the contact, the mechanical service life of the device, and the self-alignment capability of the contacts. The system comprises a contact blade with an input contact and a blade with a return contact which can be pressed against the input contact.
On the input contact surface at the point of contact with the return contact, grooves with inclined walls are formed with a straight or curved profile. The return contact has a cylindrical surface at the point of contact and can be formed by resilient cylindrical rods. On the sides of the input contact, guides are formed in the form of plates with divergent slots.
