Abstract:
A construction method for a splay cable sleeve of a suspension bridge. The method comprises: mounting a splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6); mounting limiting constraint frames (1) at the front end and the rear end of the splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6), a cable saddle IP point, and a midpoint position between the cable saddle IP point and the rear end; erecting a main cable, and carrying out initial positioning by means of the splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6) and the limiting constraint frames (1); tightening the transverse diameter of the main cable after the main cable is totally erected; removing the limiting constraint frames (1) at the cable saddle IP point and the midpoint position between the cable saddle IP point and the rear end; and mounting a splay cable sleeve upper saddle body (5) on the splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6), such that a clearance rate of the splay cable sleeve upper saddle body (5) and the splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6) reach a standard. When and after the main cable is put into a saddle, the transverse diameter thereof is limited, such that the interference on the assembly of the splay cable sleeve upper saddle body (5) and the splay cable sleeve lower saddle body (6) can be avoided. Therefore, it is ensured that the splay cable sleeve upper saddle body (5) is mounted precisely and smoothly, and the mounting efficiency of a splay cable sleeve is improved.
