Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steel-shelled concrete immersed tube, and in particular to a construction method and design method for the pouring of a steel-shelled concrete immersed tube. The construction method comprises: step S1, dividing a roof (4) into 2N+1 roof pouring regions; step S2, carrying out pouring in the 2nd, (N+2)nd and 2Nth roof pouring regions; step S3, carrying out pouring in the 3rd, (N+1)th and (2N-1)th roof pouring regions; step S4, carrying out pouring in other roof pouring regions except the 1st and (N+1)th roof pouring regions according to a pouring rule; step S5, carrying out pouring in the 1st and (N+1)th roof pouring regions; and step S6, repeating steps S2-S5 until the pouring in all the top plate pouring regions is completed. The construction method for the pouring of a steel-shelled concrete immersed tube according to the present application can effectively reduce the number of times of washing and starting a pouring machine and the concrete loss while realizing the aims of finally pouring concrete into end portions of tube sections and facilitating the control over the final precision of steel shells at the end portions.
