Abstract:
Provided are a connector position assurance device (4) and a connector assembly, for use in ensuring matching of a plug (1) and a socket (2). The connector position assurance device (4) comprises: a base body (10); insertion arms (20), two insertion arms (20) being provided, the two insertion arms (20) extending from the side surface of the base body (10) in an insertion direction of the connector position assurance device (4), and the front ends of the two insertion arms (20) being connected by means of a crossbeam (21); and a pressing assistance structure (40), the rear end of the pressing assistance structure (40) being connected to the base body (10), the front end of the pressing assistance structure (40) being arranged in a cantilever form, and the insertion arms (20) and the pressing assistance structure (40) being located on the same side of the base body (10). The present invention has the characteristic of being convenient to operate, can quickly realize quick unlocking of the plug (1) and the socket (2), and is convenient and quick.
