A connection device applied to a heald frame (1) of a rapier loom, comprising a heald frame (1) and a steel wire rope (2) located above the heald frame (1); a hook body (3) is provided below the steel wire rope (2), a connection rod (4) is transversely provided on the hook body (3), two connection pieces (5) are provided on the connection rod (4) in a penetrating manner, the lower portions of the two connection pieces (5) are provided with the same penetrating rod (6) in a penetrating manner, clamping pieces (7) are provided on the penetrating rod (6) and located outside the connection pieces (5), lateral strips (8) are provided below each clamping piece (7) on two sides, sliding grooves (9) are provided on two sides of an upper edge of the heald frame (1), and the lateral strips (8) are clamped on the sliding grooves (9). The connection device has the following advantages and effects: by arranging a plurality of recesses (11) to disperse direct impacts during lifting and descending, hard damage to the heald frame (1) can be reduced, and by using a compression spring (14) and a plastic block (12) to further reduce the impacts, damage to the heald frame (1) caused by long-term frequent impacts can be effectively avoided, and the stability of the heald frame is ensured.
