Abstract:
A connecting structure of a composite material chairback and a fabrication method therefor. The connecting structure comprises: two frames (1), a chairback body (2), and metal bushings (3). The metal bushings (3) comprise left and right sets; the left and right sets of metal bushings (3) are used to fix the two frames (1) to the left and right sides of the chairback body (2), respectively. The fabrication method comprises the following steps: performing hole machining on a chairback body (2) and frames (1); placing the frames (1) into the chairback body (2); machining metal bushings (3); sandblasting or polishing an outer side surface of the metal bushings (3); applying a configured structural adhesive to the metal bushings (3), and bonding from both sides of the hole of the chairback frame; enabling a tool to fix the bonded metal bushings (3); and placing the fixed metal bushings (3) together with the composite material chairback and the two frames (1) into an oven for heating.
