A condensing device (10) and a clothes treating apparatus. The condensing device (10) comprises a condensing pipe (11) and a flow guide assembly (12); the condensing pipe (11) is provided with a water inlet (11c), a drainage hole (11d), an air inlet (11a), and an air outlet (11b), a condensate flow path extending downwards in the vertical direction is formed between the water inlet (11c) and the drainage hole (11d), an airflow path extending in the transverse direction is formed between the air inlet (11a) and the air outlet (11b), and the condensate flow path intersects the airflow path; the flow guide assembly (12) is provided at the intersection of the condensate flow path and the airflow path, the flow guide assembly (12) comprises flow convergence plates (121) each having a flow convergence groove (121a), and the flow convergence groove (121a) is used for converging condensate flowing along the condensate flow path, and guiding the condensate to overflow from at least one of two opposite sides of the flow convergence groove (121a) in the airflow direction.
