Abstract:
The present application discloses a computing chip, a system, and a data processing method in the technical field of computers. An electric domain controller in the computing chip can control an electro-optical modulator array to convert a laser signal emitted by a signal transmitter into a target optical signal representing input data of an AI model, and then a programmable optical structure quickly calculates the target optical signal to obtain a corresponding optical calculation result. Further, a photoelectric detector array is used to perform photoelectric conversion on the optical calculation result to obtain an electrical signal representation corresponding to the optical calculation result, the electrical signal representation being a model processing result of the AI model with respect to the input data.
