Abstract:
A comprehensive pretreatment system for metal hard chromium plating, the comprehensive pretreatment system comprising a support, a cleaning tank (4) and a spraying mechanism, and further comprising a rotary rolling mechanism and a cleaning mechanism. The support comprises a top plate (1), a bottom plate (2) and two side plates (3). The top plate (1) and the bottom plate (2) are arranged in parallel, and the two side plates (3) are respectively vertically arranged between the top plate (1) and the bottom plate (2) and are symmetrically distributed to the left and right, and the upper end and the lower end of each side plate (3) are respectively fixedly connected to the top plate (1) and the bottom plate (2). The cleaning tank (4) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate (2), and the rotary rolling mechanism is arranged between the two side plates (3) and located above the cleaning tank (4), the lower end of the top plate (1) is fixedly connected to an air cylinder (5), and the lower end of the air cylinder (5) is provided with an elastic mechanism and is connected to a strip-shaped plate (7) in the cleaning mechanism by means of the elastic mechanism.
