Abstract:
A comprehensive high-precision intelligent real-time vehicle weighing method, comprising the following steps: respectively providing strain resistance sensors on several axles (5) for load-bearing on a vehicle (6), wherein each of the strain resistance sensors is a Wheatstone full-bridge circuit composed of four resistance strain gauges; S02, Wheatstone full-bridge circuits outputting voltage signal changes, and a differential amplification circuit collecting and amplifying same, and adjusting the voltage signal changes by means of a zeroing and attenuation circuit; S03, performing analog-to-digital conversion on the amplified and adjusted voltage signals by means of an AD chip of a weighing controller, and then transmitting the voltage signals to a single-chip microcomputer MCU of the weighing controller for data processing; and S04, the single-chip microcomputer MCU transmitting, to a digital tube display screen for display, weight data which is obtained after processing. A comprehensive high-precision intelligent real-time vehicle weighing system. A vehicle cargo weight can be displayed in real time, and the advantages of safety, reliability, relatively low costs and sufficiently high precision are achieved.
