Abstract:
Provided is a compound that has a high biomass degree (more preferably a compound that has a biomass degree of 100%) and that is obtained by utilizing a natural pigment, wherein the compound has exceptional color development properties and light resistance. The present invention is a compound obtained by bonding a natural pigment of curcumin and an organic acid, wherein the compound has a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 400-4,950.
