Abstract:
This compound has two or more fluorescent portions that are equivalent in terms of light-absorbing characteristics. In the compound, the fluorescent portions adjacent to each other are linked via a group having a structure represented by general formula (I). This labeled biomaterial uses said compound. In the formula, X1-X3 each represent -O-, -S-, >NR1, or >CR2R3. R1-R3 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, an acyl group, -NR8R9, -OR10, or an anionic group. R8-R10 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an acyl group, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, or an anionic group. n represents an integer of 2 or more. * represents a binding hand.
