Abstract:
A composition that comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) 5-50 mass% of one or more of the following components (a1) to (a5), (a1) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an alkyl group having 12-18 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 3-12, (a2) a polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester having one alkyl group having 14-18 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 3-5 or 7-9, or one alkyl group having 12-16 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 10-12, or two alkyl groups having 12-18 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 3-12, (a3) a polyoxyethylene glycerol fatty acid ester having one alkyl group having 12-18 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 6 or 10-30, or two or three alkyl groups having 12-18 carbon atoms and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 6-30, (a4) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a linear alkyl group having 10-14 carbon atoms and a ratio of the degree of polymerization of polyglycerol to the number of fatty acid bonds (= degree of polymerization of polyglycerol/number of fatty acid bonds) of 2-5, and (a5) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester or a polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester having three unsaturated chain-type alkyl groups and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 20-40, or four unsaturated chain-type alkyl groups and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 35-40, or three or four saturated and branched chain-type alkyl groups and an oxyethylene group having an addition mole number of 20-40; and (B) 50-95 mass% of an oily phase having a viscosity at 25°C of 15 mPa s or lower.
