Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite tool system of a product transfer device for press molding of a carbide insert, in which a pickup device having one side of the frame thereof in the longitudinal direction coupled to a main body equipment, and the other side for taking out a molded carbide insert product, is arranged in parallel with a cleaning device for cleaning a mold, the composite tool system of a product transfer device for press molding of a carbide insert comprising: a grip part configured to pick up a product molded in a molding press and transfer the product to a next process; and a cleaning part formed in the frame in parallel with the grip part and configured to clean the upper and lower surfaces of the mold. The composite tool system of a product transfer device for press molding of a carbide insert, according to the present invention, is configured to combine the grip part and the cleaning part together such that the amount of time to replace a tool is saved, productivity is improved, and the mold is cleaned well to thus enhance product quality.
