Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a composite reinforcing layer having a high bonding strength with an asphalt mastic, and a preparation method therefor. The composite reinforcing layer comprises a polymer matrix and a performance improving layer, wherein the performance improving layer is formed by uniformly covering the polymer matrix with a viscous emulsion. The preparation method comprises: spreading a polymer matrix, coating the polymer matrix with a viscous emulsion, and then drying and rolling same for later use. In the present invention, the composite reinforcing layer is bonded with an asphalt mastic, such that the low-temperature bonding performance of the prepared asphalt coiled material is significantly improved. In the present invention, a polymer matrix is coated with a viscous emulsion, and by utilizing the bonding strength between the viscous emulsion and the polymer matrix and the good bonding force between the viscous emulsion and an asphalt mastic layer, the low-temperature peeling strength between the composite reinforcing layer and the asphalt mastic layer is effectively improved, such that the problem of significantly reduced bonding performance between an existing reinforcing layer and an asphalt mastic layer in a low-temperature environment is solved.
