Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of B29D7/01, and more specifically relates to a composite pre-coating film and a preparation method therefor, and a composite floor. The method comprises: sequentially stacking a high-molecular printing film, a high-molecular transparent film, and a radiation-cured coating A. The composite pre-coating film of the present invention has a plurality of functions by means of composite structural design: the radiation-cured coating provides good abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance, and glossiness; the high-molecular transparent film provides abrasion resistance and flexibility; the high-molecular printing film provides a color pattern effect; and after embossing is performed by means of an embossing roller, the composite pre-coating film simultaneously has a stereoscopic simulated pattern effect, and excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and stain resistance, so that the composite floor having diversified wood-plastic structures can be prepared.
