Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite material for a self-adhesive film and a preparation method therefor. The composite material for a self-adhesive film comprises a polyvinyl pyrrolidone-iodine-polymethacryloyloxypropyltrialkyloxysilane ternary composite, a propylene-ethylene copolymer, an ethylene derivative-acrylic acid-maleic anhydride terpolymer, a polyethylene wax, an antioxidant, and a PPA auxiliary agent. The composite material for a self-adhesive film of the present invention has a relatively high peel strength and also has composite antifouling capacity, and can automatically fall off from an interface during peeling, such that the integrity of the peeled interface is ensured, and fiber scraps are prevented from being generated. The self-adhesive film prepared from the material has a relatively high strength, including tensile strength, puncture strength, tear strength, peel strength, etc. In addition, the material satisfies the requirement for peeling integrity, and is particularly suitable for sealing packaging materials of medical products.
