Abstract:
A composite layer and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a first acid modified polypropylene master batch and a second acid modified polypropylene master batch, wherein the melt index of one of the first acid modified polypropylene master batch and the second acid modified polypropylene master batch is 5-10 g/10 min, and the electrolyte resistance adsorption rate of the other is less than or equal to 4%; and (2) uniformly mixing the first acid modified polypropylene master batch and the second acid modified polypropylene master batch, melting, extruding and granulating to obtain composite layer particles, and extruding the composite layer particles and a nucleating agent to obtain a composite layer. According to the present application, two composite master batches having a specific melt index and electrolyte resistance adsorption rate are selected to improve the processing technology and the electrolyte resistance of a product, thereby improving the production efficiency and quality of the product. The present application also provides a polypropylene film and a lithium battery soft aluminum-plastic packaging film.
