A composite conductive agent and a preparation method therefor, a secondary battery, and an electrical apparatus. The composite conductive agent comprises: an organic polymer and a hydroxylated carbon nanotube bonded to the organic polymer, wherein the organic polymer comprises a polymer having a structure as represented by formula (1), and in formula (1), m is an integer from 2500 to 20,000, and R1 is a polymerization structure containing an ester group and a nitrile group.
