Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite coating film, a heat exchanger comprising same, and a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger. The composite coating film according to the present invention comprises: a metal material; a first coating layer formed on the metal material; and a second coating layer formed on the first coating layer, wherein the first coating layer comprises 10-40 wt% of a first hydrophilic resin, 1-20 wt% of a metal compound, 5-20 wt% of an amide-based crosslinking agent, 1-15 wt% of a silane compound, and the remainder of water, and the second coating layer comprises 1-20 wt% of a second hydrophilic resin, 1-20 wt% of silica particles, 0.01-5 wt% of a crosslinking agent, 0.1-5 wt% of a solvent, and the remainder of water, and thus, the first coating layer and the second coating layer can impart long-term corrosion resistance and long-term hydrophilicity to the composite coating film.
