Abstract:
Provided is a communication system capable of establishing communication between a slave device and a master device not selected as a time synchronization source while selecting one master device as the time synchronization source of the slave device. Accordingly, the slave device (100) of the communication system according to the present disclosure comprises: a master selection unit (131) that selects, as a synchronization source, one master device from a master device group (10); a synchronization information communication unit (132) that transmits and receives synchronization information to and from the master device selected as the synchronization source by the master selection unit (131); and a dummy signal communication unit (140) that transmits and receives dummy synchronization information to and from the master device, from among the master device group (10), that was not selected as the synchronization source by the master selection unit.
