Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: monitoring a first DCI format, wherein the first DCI format can be used for scheduling data transmission of two or more cells simultaneously; in response to the first cell entering a deactivated state or a sleep state, stopping monitoring the first DCI format, wherein the first cell is a cell carrying the first DCI format, or the first cell belongs to a first scheduled cell group, and the first scheduled cell group is a set of all cells that can be scheduled by means of the first DCI format. By means of the technical solution provided in the present application, the signaling overhead of cell scheduling can be reduced, and the flexibility of cell scheduling can be improved.
