Abstract:
A communication method, which is applied to a common application programming interface framework (CAPIF), the CAPIF comprising an application programming interface (API) invoker, a first authorization entity and an API exposure function network element, wherein the API exposure function network element is used for providing the API invoker with access to a specified service API when the API invoker is authorized. The method comprises: an API invoker acquiring a first token from a first authorization entity, wherein the first token is used for representing that the API invoker is authorized to access a specified service API; and when certain trigger conditions are met, the API invoker requesting that the first authorization entity revokes the first token. In the CAPIF, an API invoker can initiate the process of revoking a first token, thereby improving the security protection.
