Abstract:
The present application addresses the problem of providing a communication cable that is adapted for high-frequency data transfer and that can achieve simplification of the internal structure of the cable. The present application discloses a communication cable 1 formed by twisting together multiple insulated electric wires 12 each obtained by covering a conductor 14 with an insulator 16. In the communication cable 1, the conductor 14 is composed of a single wire or a compressed stranded wire having a round cross-section, and the multiple insulated electric wires 12 are twisted at a constant pitch.
