Abstract:
The present invention relates to a combined multifunctional pre-processing tool apparatus, comprising a first processing unit and a second processing unit, wherein the first processing unit comprises a base, a transverse slide rail, a transverse slide seat, a vertical fixing seat, a vertical slide rail, a vertical slide seat and a chuck; and the second processing unit has the same structure as the first processing unit. By means of the tool apparatus provided in the present invention, rapid pairing of a short pipe pairing process of assembly type prefabrication processing is realized, different types of pipe fittings are accurately processed, and parallelism between flanges of prefabricated pipe sections, and concentricity and eccentric sizes between flanges are effectively guaranteed, and accordingly the prefabrication processing precision of electromechanical pipelines is improved, the prefabrication processing range is expanded, the prefabrication assembly rate is increased, such that the labor intensity is reduced, and the dependence on worker proficiency is reduced.
