Abstract:
The present invention provides a combine harvester wherein machine body space is effectively utilized, an exhaust gas purification device can be installed in a compact manner, and excellent weight balance is obtained. This combine harvester has an engine 11 disposed in the front portion of a traveling machine body, and has a threshing portion and a grain storage portion disposed on the traveling machine body in a right and left side-by-side configuration. The combine harvester comprises an exhaust gas purification device 30 that has a DPF case 31 for removing particulate matter in the exhaust gas of the engine 11, and an SCR case 32 for removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine 11. The DPF case 31 and the SCR case 32 are disposed rearward of a driver portion disposed higher than the engine 11, laterally inward of the threshing portion, and in a vertically aligned state in an orientation such that the lengthwise direction thereof follows the longitudinal direction.
