Abstract:
A combination boring machine and a boring hole machining method, the machine comprising a base (1), at least two cutter rods (2) and a clamping and positioning device (3); the at least two cutter rods are parallelly disposed at intervals and may rotate and simultaneously move in the axial direction of the cutter rods; the base is provided with the clamping and positioning device used for installing and fixing a substrate (100) to be machined; each cutter rod is detachably and fixedly provided with a first boring tool and a second boring tool; a first mounting space (43) used for mounting the first boring tool is disposed on an outer side of a first guide section (210) of the substrate to be machined; and a second mounting space (44) used for mounting the second boring tool is disposed on an outer side of a second guide section (220) of the substrate to be machined. Boring hole machining is respectively performed on the first guide section and the second guide section from two ends of guide holes (200) by installing the first boring tool and the second boring tool, and the substrate to be machined does not require rotating, thus ensuring the parallelism between the guide holes and the coaxiality of the first guide section and the second guide section within the same guide hole.
