Abstract:
A column head based recycling and squeezing system, comprising a conveying device, a squeezing device, a screening device, a cleaning system (20), and a control system. A conveying pipe (30) of the conveying device is provided with at least one feed port (37); the feed port (37) is connected to a discharge end of a cooking pot (10); a first valve (11) is provided at the joint of the feed port (37) and the discharge end of the cooking pot (10); a discharge port (36) of the conveying pipe (30) is connected to a feed inlet of the squeezing device; the squeezing device is used for squeezing a mixture of meat residues and broth to separate soup; a feed end of the screening device is provided below a soup discharging port (42) of the squeezing device; the screening device is used for filtering the soup separated by the squeezing device; the cleaning system (20) is used for washing away residues and waste water in the conveying pipe (30); and the control system is used for controlling operation of the column head based recycling and squeezing system. The column head based recycling and squeezing system can fully recycle soup in the mixture of meat residues and broth left in the cooking pot, thereby avoiding waste.
