Abstract:
A collagen casing comprising cellulose particles, wherein: the cellulose particles have an average particle size of 10-60 μm inclusive; and, when a dispersion of the cellulose particles, which is prepared by adding 0.5 g of a powder of the cellulose particles to 100 mL of water followed by stirring, is allowed to stand for 10 seconds and then the cellulose particles are collected from the supernatant, the collection yield of the cellulose particles is 65% or higher.
