Abstract:

Provided are a food ingredient cooking apparatus, and a cold and hot isolation device and an isolation valve assembly therefor. A first air ventilation opening (232) is cut off or opened by means of the movement of a heat insulation valve core (233) relative to a butt joint seat (231). A sealing end, for matching the heat insulation valve core (233), of the first air ventilation opening (232) has a first direction (c2) and a second direction (c3) which are arranged along a radial plane, the size of the first air ventilation opening (232) in the first direction (c2) is less than that of the first air ventilation opening in the second direction (c3), and a component of a motion trajectory of the heat insulation valve core (233) in the first direction (c2) is greater than zero, that is, the heat insulation valve core (233) can be switched in and switched out of the first air ventilation opening (232) in the first direction (c2) or in a direction at a certain angle relative to the first direction (c2). With respect to the first air ventilation opening (232) sealed from the second direction (c3), the size of the first air ventilation opening (232) in the first direction (c2) is relatively small, and therefore when the heat insulation valve core cuts off the first air ventilation opening (232) from the first direction (c2), the motion stroke of the heat insulation valve core is smaller, and the size of an area of the heat insulation valve core for sealing the first air ventilation opening (232) in the first direction (c2) may be also reduced.
