Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a coil-embedded inductor using a ferrite core, wherein the inductor can improve inductance characteristics while preventing the local concentration of magnetic flux density; and a manufacturing method therefor. A coil-embedded inductor using a ferrite core according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a ferrite core unit having one surface open and having a cavity formed therein; a coil unit disposed in the cavity of the ferrite core unit and obtained by forming an insulation insert, composed of an injection-molded article of an insulating plastic material, on the surface of a wound coil; and a magnetic material obtained by curing a magnetic molding liquid filled in the remainder of the cavity of the ferrite core unit where the coil unit is not disposed.
