Abstract:
Provided is a coil for a coreless or slotless brushless motor, manufactured by cylindrically winding a tape-shaped flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is divided into multiple sections along a lengthwise direction, and a spiral-shaped front surface circuit and rear surface circuit are printed on the front surface and the rear surface of each section, respectively. By the substrate, the proportion of handwork in a manufacturing process is reduced, so that a coil for the motor having a low defective rate and a uniform quality can be manufactured. Accordingly, manufacturing efficiency of the motor can be increased so as to reduce manufacturing cost. In addition, custom production of the motor can be easily performed and easily applied to a case in which a customized manufacture of various kinds is necessary. In addition, a motor having a size smaller than that of a motor according to a conventional technique can be manufactured through a precise mechanical manufacture process.
