Abstract:
Provided is a coffee machine in which, regarding a coffee bean grinder for grinding coffee beans, coffee bean grinder blades can be replaced with blades having a different pattern easily and inexpensively. This coffee machine comprises: a body (GMb); a grinder unit (5BMu) in which coffee beans are ground between first blades (57b) and second blades (58b); and a spacing adjustment mechanism (695, 697, 691, 711, 710) for adjusting the spacing (main mill spacing) between the first blades (57b) and the second blades (58b). The grinder unit (5BMu) is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the body (GMb). The spacing adjustment mechanism (695, 697, 691,711, 710) has provided thereto: an operation unit (695) which is operated to adjust the spacing (main mill spacing); and interlocked parts (697, 691, 710) which are operated together with the operation unit (695) upon operation of the operation unit (695). The operation unit (695) is provided to the body (GMb), and the interlocked parts (697, 691, 710) are provided to the grinder unit (5BMu).
