Abstract:
Provided is a coating material composition including a silicon atom-containing resin, wherein the silicon atom-containing resin includes a structural unit (A) derived from a monomer (a) having at least one silicon atom-containing group that is selected from groups represented by formulas (I), (II), (III), and (IV), a structural unit (B) derived from a monomer (b) which is a (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by formula (b), and a structural unit (C) derived from a monomer (c) other than the monomer (a) and the monomer (b), wherein the monomer (a) has a molecular weight of more than 2500, the content of the structural unit (A) is greater than 20% by mass in all structural units, the monomer (c) has a solubility parameter SP of a homopolymer thereof of 9.5 or less and does not have a cyclic structure, and the content of the structural unit (C) is greater than 2% by mass in all structural units.
